alerts/github-actions-runner-exporter.rules.yml, 8 alerting rules:info, because it covers any branch);alerts/github-actions-runner-exporter.test.ymlhaspromtoolunit tests, including the negatives: one runner offline doesn't trigger "all offline", 1 of 2 busy isn't saturated, andsuccessruns andhighDependabot alerts don't alert. A mutation check (saturation on any busy runner) makes them fail, as it should.CI runs
promtool check rulesandtest rules(Prometheus v3.15.0) as a newalertsjob gatingRequired checks passed. The README gets an Alerting section.
