When the newest finished session has no results yet (OpenF1 lockout right after it ends), /f1/latest_session/ now returns the newest earlier session held in the durable cache, with a
pendingfield naming the session still waiting. The widget shows a note. Without a cached earlier session, behaviour is unchanged. Adds a test.
