docs: Add cloud agent installation documentation

Repository supports two agent architectures with different installation paths - documentation was missing.

• System Agents: src/agents/*.ts - backend API agents in supervisor hierarchy
• Installation procedures for both with TypeScript templates
• Troubleshooting guide for common setup issues

docs/AGENT_QUICK_REFERENCE.md (237 lines)

• Minimal templates for rapid agent creation
• Tool configuration matrix (allowed-tools patterns)
• Problem/solution reference

Examples

examples/agents/DataProcessorAgent.example.md

• Full implementation: Claude Code + System Agent variants
• Includes EventEmitter pattern, API integration, Jest tests
• CSV/JSON processing with validation pipeline

Integration

• Updated README.md with documentation link
• Examples directory structure with overview
