Fix allowlist, liquidity, admin, and recovery issues

Summary

• Add Proptest coverage for batch_is_allowed empty, oversized, all-present, all-absent, and mixed inputs.
• Define a 10% pro-rata LP share from winning payouts and add reward collection/checkpointing.
• Split predictify-hybrid admin logic into initialization, roles, pause, fees, and governance modules.
• Add recovery tests for successful reconstruction, claim expiry, authorization, and invalid market attempts.

Validation

• Editor diagnostics and git diff --check passed.
• Cargo tests could not run because Cargo is unavailable in the environment.
