ci: tag CLI releases cli-v* and split release notes by label - #73
Merged

Conversation
CLI/TUI releases now use cli-vX.Y.Z tags; the desktop app keeps app-vX.Y.Z. Release notes are generated per product: PRs labeled `app` stay out of CLI notes, PRs labeled `cli` stay out of app notes, and each release counts from the previous tag of the same product. The CLI update check, install scripts, pub.dev, Homebrew and WinGet workflows accept cli-v* tags (and legacy v* tags).

Description
CLI/TUI releases move from
vX.Y.Ztocli-vX.Y.Ztags; the desktop app keepsapp-vX.Y.Z. Release notes are now generated per product so each release lists the right PRs.cliandapplabels..github/release.yaml(CLI) leaves out PRs labeledapp;.github/release-app.yaml(app) leaves out PRs labeledcli. PRs with neither (shared packages, CI) show up in both..github/scripts/release-notes.shcalls GitHub's generate-notes API with the previous tag of the same product, since GitHub's own pick could be the other product's release. App releases put this after theapp/CHANGELOG.mdsection.release.yaml,deploy-pub-dev.yaml(pub.dev tag pattern already switched tocli-v{{version}}),deploy-homebrew.yaml,deploy-winget.yaml, the Homebrew formula template,install.sh/install.ps1and the CLI update check all acceptcli-v*(plus legacyv*where it matters)./releases/latest, which can be a desktop app release.docs/ai/deployment.md,docs/ai/contributing.md, README CLI badge.Known limit: CLI builds v1.1.0 and older still read
/releases/latestand won't noticecli-v*releases;brew upgrade/ rerunninginstall.shstill works for them.Type of Change
