Adds
eslint-plugin-jsx-a11yto the preferred manifest witheslint-plugin-jsx-a11y-xandoxlintas replacements, plus a migration doc.As asked in the issue, the doc says jsx-a11y-x is still experimental. I linked the plugin's new home under eslint-community, since the es-tooling repo now redirects there.
I checked the flat config example locally with eslint 9.39, eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y 6.10.2 and eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y-x 0.2.0. Both versions report the same
alt-texterror on a bare<img>. While testing I found that if you keep the oldjsx-a11ysettings key, it's silently ignored and component mappings likeImage: 'img'stop applying, so I added a note about it.pnpm build,pnpm lint:manifestsand prettier on the changed files pass.lint:manifestsfails if the doc page is missing, so the mapping and the doc are tied together.
