Wake the poller up when the stream is registered - #45

SsfStreamRegistrar tells its listeners once the stream is registered, SsfPoller.wakeUp() ends the pause between two polls, and SsfTransmitter wires the two, so the first poll follows the registration at once instead of up to an interval later. The pause is a condition wait now rather than a sleep. Closes #43 Signed-off-by: Thomas Darimont <thomas.darimont@googlemail.com>
IntelliJ runs the tests of an explicit module with JUnit on the module path, where surefire keeps it on the class path, so the IDE failed with "does not opens ... to module org.junit.platform.commons" since the module descriptors came in. A profile active only in the IDE hands surefire an argLine with an add-opens per test package, which the IDE copies into its run configurations; Maven itself is unaffected.
