- correct steps that no longer matched the UI: Add new graph checkbox, individual target vocabulary selection, Add mapping button, orange output port
- drop the unverifiable triple count in section 6 and repair the step numbering in section 4
- shorten the page title and scope the intro to CSV
- remove the unused products.xlsx sample from the walkthrough
- restructure the JDBC tab and use code spans for example values
- reshoot 11 screenshots, add 2 for the modal mapping editor, delete 17 that were no longer referenced
