fix(worktrees): defer dependency install to async setup

Why\n\nT3-created worktrees should become visible without waiting for dependency installation, while raw Git worktrees should retain automatic preparation.\n\n## What\n\nAdds T3 worktree setup metadata, warm-store hardlink imports, and best-effort raw Git failure handling with strict reporting support.\n\n## Verification\n\nThe repository ship gate passed check, lint, and tests. The portable hook integration test covers deferred, strict, idempotent, and hardlink behavior.
