Use a major bump for removed commands and exports, not patch.
This changeset removes three CLI subcommands (auth login, logout, token) and several public exports. It also changes the signature of resolveAccessToken from async to sync. The text on Line 7 says the exports are removed. walkeros api now also rejects an Authorization header that it accepted before. A patch release lets ^4.8.1 consumers upgrade to it automatically. Their scripts that call walkeros auth login / auth token, or that import the removed exports, then fail without warning. If the project's versioning policy treats the CLI surface as public, use major. At minimum, use minor and state the breaking change in the text.

Remove legacy credential fields when the CLI writes the config.
writeConfig reads the existing file and spreads it into the new content: { ...(readConfig() ?? {}), ...config }. Suppose an older CLI stored token, accessToken, refreshToken or email. Each later write, such as walkeros telemetry enable, then copies those fields into the new file. This change removes logout and clearAuthFields, so the CLI no longer has any way to delete them. A long-lived refreshToken and the user's email stay on disk until the user edits the file by hand. The docs only say the fields "can be deleted".
Remove the legacy keys in writeConfig. Every write then also cleans the file.
