Independent yahoo_pipeline module; no changes to existing stock-analysis app. Adds actual yfinance historical downloads, CAGR 1/3/5/10/15/20, maximum drawdown, TD9/KD/MACD/MA/EMV/RSI/ATR, status/validation, offline tests and GitHub Actions schedules (Asia/Taipei 07:20 US and 16:20 TW). PR triggers offline tests and an actual Yahoo VOO network smoke test. No historical data is committed to this public repository; schedule only activates after merge to default branch. Not for commercial quote redistribution.
