Update the current version to 0.6.0 and publish the fixes since 0.5.1: data-directory consistency, initial quota monitoring, live/demo widget isolation, settings recovery, optional monitoring on import, and cleanup of orphaned background processes on exit.
Preserve the user's README exactly. Exclude assessment and temporary .review materials from staging and source exports; no assessment or review-report changes are included. Publish only the allowlisted snapshot from the independent public repository.
Validation: 372 tests passed with isolated data and mock RPC/message channels; JavaScript syntax, public-source privacy checks, and diff whitespace checks passed. No installation or Release publication.
