CurrencyApp is an Android application used to view live currency exchange rates. The app retrieves current exchange rate data from the official website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.
- View live currency exchange rates
- Display bank buying and selling prices along with exchange rates
- Show the current date and time
- Display real-time exchange rates and bank buying/selling prices for a selected currency
- Clone this repo to your local machine or download it as a ZIP.
- Open Android Studio and select "Open an existing project" to open the project.
- Once the project is successfully loaded, install and run the application on an Android device or emulator.
- Upon launching the app, the current date and time will be displayed on the screen.
- Long-press the "Select Currency" button to view the currency options.
- Choose a currency from the menu.
- The live exchange rates and bank buying/selling prices for the selected currency will be displayed on the screen.
CurrencyApp uses the following dependencies:
- Jsoup: Used for HTML parsing.
