Summary

Remove the BETA chip from the ErikrafT Drop™ for Android title in the About screen.
Display the BETA badge beside the ErikrafT Wi-Fi™ title using the existing blue outline and vector experiment icon.
Extract the current Settings → Legacy transfer compatibility badge into a shared layout so both locations use the exact same presentation.

Scope

Only the About screen and the existing badge layout are changed. Settings retains the same badge, and the Wi-Fi BETA label uses the existing non-translatable BETA string and labs_24 vector drawable.

Validation

Read back all three files from the PR branch and checked that the old About title badge is gone.
Verified that About and Settings both reference the reusable layout and that it uses the existing vector drawable.
Android build/device validation has not been run in this environment; GitHub Actions should provide build validation.
