fix: build with Go 1.26.9 and x/net v0.60.0 to clear new vulnerabilities - #106

govulncheck reports seven reachable net/http, crypto/tls, mime/multipart, and x/net vulnerabilities fixed only in Go 1.26.9 and x/net v0.60.0. Raise golangci-lint to v2.14.0, which supports Go 1.26.

govulncheck now fails CI with seven reachable vulnerabilities published after main's last green run: GO-2026-6607, -6608, -6610, -6611, -6612, -6613, and -6617 in
net/http,mime/multipart,crypto/tls, andgolang.org/x/net v0.58.0. Go 1.25 received no patch. This blocks #105.Fix

With Go 1.26.9:
govulncheck ./...reports no vulnerabilities,go test -race ./...passes, and golangci-lint v2.14.0 reports 0 issues.
