At the linked page I see only 1min between some batches. Should we rather point to https://chainspect.app/chain/arbitrum and mention the finality time instead?

Sure, we can leave this for a followup, but as the error it's trivial to fact-check and the suggested solution is trivial to approve or reject, don't hesitate to tell me what you think of it before we create the followup.

Import the doc prepared in the Tezos X repo into the current repo to keep the exact same old Etherlink style.
