Overview
Bumps github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/config from 1.32.21 to 1.32.25 and aligns the rest of the AWS SDK v2 stack in go.mod / go.sum (core aws-sdk-go-v2, credentials, IMDS, internal endpoints, STS/SSO/SSOOIDC, signin, and smithy-go). There are no application code changes in this diff.

That dependency chain is what pkg/secrets/ssm.go uses via config.LoadDefaultConfig for AWS SSM Parameter Store access, so behavior should stay the same aside from whatever fixes or endpoint/model updates ship in these patch releases.
