…e.R. Replace library()/require() calls in package code; move igraph and simulateGP to Suggests with :: calls and requireNamespace() checks. Add R6 and tibble to Imports and drop LazyData. Fix mismatched @PARAM docs and document R6 print/output/analyse.mv(plot). Set eval = FALSE in the guide vignette (it needs OpenGWAS API access), add VignetteBuilder: knitr, remove the test_mrtryx.Rmd scratch file, and remove committed knitr caches and rendered HTML. Use inherits() for try-error checks and fix facet_grid partial argument match. Guard the RadialMR "No significant outliers" check, which errored on R >= 4.2 when outliers were found.
