Release packaging previously fetched upstream changes after validation, so uploaded ZIPs could differ from the release tag. Build all 110 skill ZIPs from one committed revision and tag that same revision for v2.10.0.
All 20 sync scripts passed. Plugin validation and repeated dry runs pass for 110 archives. A local publication test reproduced the old inclusion of uncommitted content and confirmed the new script excludes dirty files, untracked files and stale ZIPs while targeting the exact commit.
