Summary

 Adds optional icon support to the Goal model on the backend, plus test coverage for the GetForUser route.

Changes

 - Added `Icon` (optional string) to the Goal model
 - Verified backward compatibility — existing goals without icons still work
 - Added unit test covering GetForUser route (asserts non-null result, correct type, matching UserId)
