feat(cms): add table editor component and news slug incrementation

SveltiaCMS development is quite active, so here are some relevant changes for us:

• Proper table support was added
  
• Links are now visible on hover:
  
• The slug for new news articles is now auto-created when using the CMS by incrementing the last used number.
• When saving changes in the CMS, the user has to define a custom commit message now, instead of the auto-generated one.
• The page history of pages is now displayed in the right sidebar:
  
• A buggy scrolling behaviour when handling with tables and lists was fixed.
• Switch to keyed lists in the validity.yaml. Before, this was only possible via a workaround with Go templating. This is no longer necessary.
• The second translation pane is now disabled for all pages.
• Add a custom image editor component that also allows links in the caption, this was used on the CD page.
• Add a custom dialog trigger editor component.
