Adds Pi support and makes CLI cleanup runs inspectable through persistent local history.

  • Install/uninstall support claude, codex, and pi. Codex and Pi share .agents/skills, with one write/removal per destination and separate host reporting. Home installs detect .codex and .pi/agent independently. Only context-tree-* skills are managed.
  • Cleanup scheduling accepts Pi, using its configured model unless --model is supplied. Pi runs without session persistence or extensions and with a restricted file-tool list. Codex and Claude retain their model defaults.
  • cleanup logs shows the latest run; --list lists runs and --run <run-id> selects one. Text and versioned JSON include lifecycle events and agent stdout/stderr. History is shared across projects connected to the same tree and survives schedule removal. Reads do not refresh activity or contact the scheduler.
  • History targets 50 retained runs while protecting incomplete entries, caps serialized events at 5 MiB per run, and retains terminal outcomes after truncation. Output handling decodes split UTF-8, sanitizes URLs/common credential forms and terminal controls, suppresses oversized lines, and stops publication if event storage fails.
  • Git/CLI subprocesses time out after two minutes and terminate their process group on supported platforms. macOS scheduler removal tolerates a bootout error only after confirming the job is absent.

Compatibility: Codex skill installation moves from .codex/skills to .agents/skills; existing files at the old location are no longer managed. Pi schedules may omit model in JSON. The package version advances to 0.1.13.

Validation: pnpm check, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test, and pnpm check:package. Coverage includes host detection and shared installation, Pi arguments, cleanup history and retention, output handling, subprocess timeouts, and macOS removal.

Install Codex and Pi skills into the shared .agents/skills directory,
copying and removing it once while reporting both hosts. Drop the
Codex-specific .codex/skills destination; backwards compatibility is not
required.

Add Pi as a cleanup scheduler agent. Pi runs non-interactively with an
ephemeral session, no extensions, and a shell-free editing tool list.
When no model is recorded, the --model flag is omitted so Pi uses its own
configured, authenticated default rather than a hardcoded provider.
