Interview Questions

Here are the questions that will be discussed with the customer:

1. What is our target audience? (Age group, professions, active sporters, people with unhealty diet, a small certain group (only BOUN students) etc.)
2. How many users are expected? So we can arrange our infrastructure.
3. Would the user edit past data? (enter past consumed food data or activity or change it)
4. Should the system has the feature to let the user enter custom data? For instance the user could not find the food or activity he/she desired on the system. Can he/she enter custom food information, by providing all nutrition data. Or activity that we don't have, but she/he knows how much calories he/she burnt.
5. According to the information on Wikipedia about BMI, it has some problems with people younger than 20. Or the BMI has different implementations for specific races. Will we stick with the formula given in Project Description Document and ignore this differences? Or shall we restrict users to register with age younger than 20.
6. After a while, so much data will be collected, according to the usage of course. Should we delete past data. For instance we can delete a users past 1 year data. So we do not have performance and disk usage issues?
7. Can we detail the reports? What kind of reports can a user view.
8. In the Project Description Document, there is no mention of an admin panel? Don't you need that? Don't you want to view users and manage them? Or this will be on the next versions?
9. Are there any SLAs? For instance the food search must not take more than 5 seconds? An answer like "good enough" is not acceptable. You should quantify them.
10. What do you think about the mockups?
