Promotes 0.12.0-dev to main with a private-package refactor of model modules and improved CI failure reporting. Public facades remain unchanged.

    • Move _base_parts to _base and nest xlsx_* modules under _xlsx; update imports and the lazy export map while keeping FlextCliModelsBase and FlextCliModelsXlsx facades intact.
    • Add CI steps to dump the last 200 lines of logs and upload .reports/** artifacts on failure.
    • Expand coverage omit to include */_protocols/* and protocols.py.

  • Bug Fixes

    • Relax xlsx render test by removing a brittle isinstance assertion.
