…on tips make upg pins the current flext-core / flext-infra integration tips and make gen projects the member-runtime contract (flext-x8gn6): a member checked out as a submodule resolves the workspace runtime instead of a missing member .venv. Open member PRs are adopted by merge --no-ff. Validated in the lane: make setup, make upg, make gen (fixed point), make check, make test.
