• Absorbs the 2026-09-23 integration tips (wave-5 + wave-6, no-ff) into the rope automation lane.
• Converges the member to the generator fixed point: pydantic-settings floor (>=2.14.0,<2.15), allow_redefinition mypy projection, regenerated facets/docs, fix/fmt clean.
• Local gates: make gen (fixed point, no-op on repeat), make fix 32/32, make fmt 32/32.

Converges the rope automation branch to the generator fixed point (pydantic-settings>=2.14.0,<2.15 plus the allow_redefinition mypy projection) and the new SonarCloud standalone-mode projections. All local gates pass: make gen no-ops on repeat, and make fix and make fmt are clean.
