[Feature Request] Configurable minimum value of fps_color

Describe the request

I would like to be able to configure the low color threshold value for the fps_color option.

Use case

The current configuration supports 3 values
example: red, yellow, green with values for 60,90

so the actual colors would be
red -> yellow: 0-60fps
yellow -> green: 60-90
green: >90fps

i would like to configure: 40,60,90

this would translate to:

red: <40
red -> yellow: 40-60fps
yellow -> green: 60-90
green: >90fps

Alternatives considered

If possible also add the possibility to add additional thresholds
example:
fps_value: 50,60,70,120,144
fps_color: red, orange, yellow, green,gold

Additional context
