docs: document AGENTS.md output and refresh translations#45

Reflect flightphp/core#711 by noting that the command now writes the same project instructions to AGENTS.md at the project root.
Refresh translations across de, es, fr, id, ja, ko, lv, pt, ru, uk, and zh for the ai, configuration, security, and php_file_cache documentation pages.
