fix(openmontage): SMPTE timecode; refresh third-wave package hashes and docs - #4

OpenMontage now always shows HH:MM:SS:FF so a 24-second cut no longer reads as 24 minutes; the ruler keeps MM:SS. Rebuilt the OpenMontage and DeerFlow packages from final sources (DeerFlow after 21c9991) and recorded the new hashes. Dropped the stale "not pushed / local integration branch" wording from the release notes and README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

21c9991，这里补上之后的收尾。HH:MM:SS:FF。24 秒的成片原来显示为00:24:06，容易被读成 24 分钟，现在是00:00:24:06。时间轴刻度仍显示MM:SS。21c9991修复之后的源码）和 OpenMontage 按最终源码重新打包，ACCEPTANCE 和 acceptance-evidence 里的 SHA-256 已更新。DeerFlow 之前两处记录的哈希不一致，现已统一。docs/release-0.9.0.md删去“纳入本地整合分支”“未推送、未合并 main”等合并后已不成立的说法。验证
check通过，25 项应用测试通过（含新的时间码断言）；浏览器 1440 与 375 宽下监视器和时间轴无挤压、无 console 错误。check通过，53 项应用测试通过，重新打包。node --test scripts/tests/*.test.mjs45/45 通过；git diff --check无问题。docs/screenshots/openmontage.png拍摄于修改前，监视器仍是旧格式，已在 ACCEPTANCE 中注明。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
