Resolve merge conflicts with main on PR 1565

Resolved merge conflicts between origin/main and the PR branch fix/mlir-libc-clash-names. Regenerated the bootstrap C compiler files, fixed the stale documentation by regenerating overview.md, and correctly updated corpus.txt goldens for MLIR tests.
