Adds one entry to Internet Tools → Temp Mail, linking to the inbox tool and its API documentation.

• Free, no signup or credit card. Six receiving domains.
• Inboxes expire after 24 hours; the web tool replaces the inbox on reload. API access uses a private per-inbox token until expiry or deletion.
• Receive-only, up to 100 messages per inbox lifetime, 2 MiB per message. API creation is limited to 10 inboxes per IP per minute at each Cloudflare location.
• Verified live API creation, authenticated message listing, rejection without the token, and deletion.
