Renewing an unused local TURN lease could close a healthy connection whose selected pair used only the remote viewer’s relay. Retire a connection only when its observed selected local candidate is a relay owned by that browser’s lease. Keep aggregate relay visualisation, HLS, verified cache and current-credential construction intact.

Refresh adapter/controller entry cache tags and clarify the local allocation ownership in the docs.

Validation: the remote-only-relay regression fails on the baseline and all five ownership/rotation/pause controls pass after the fix. All 371 site tests, 46 controller lifecycle fixture checks, build, catalogue drift, syntax and diff checks pass. These are adapter/provider fixtures; independent operator issuance, real TURN allocation and sustained credential rotation remain separate field gates.
