When hls.js synchronously disposes of a completed source loader, FETCH could be withdrawn before retained bytes were advertised with HAVE. Pin the listening room to RelaySwarm b75d71b, which preserves that availability handoff when the key is already known. Unknown keys do not delay playback for another hash.
Refresh the bundle, licence notices, provenance and cache URLs consistently across the room/media helpers and all three entries. Controller, adapter and listener function bodies are unchanged after cache-query normalisation. The committed WASM is unchanged; the transfer worker differs only in its source banner. No new peer-wait policy is included or enabled, and this does not establish traffic savings or smoother playback.
The final source follow-up changes only SDK test instrumentation. Replacing its source reference with the prior pin makes the main bundle and transfer worker byte-identical to the checked runtime; the WASM is unchanged.
Depends on RelaySwarm PR #42, which must merge first.
