Pins RelaySwarm d2bc7be4e5e7374af0e04aae45b1f1d2f0e890c4 so admitted peers exchange explicit object-framing support in their existing authenticated SDP offers and answers. Eligible new channels can discover verified range support before the next presence announcement; missing or unsupported values retain conservative behaviour.

Rebuilds the bundle, notices and provenance receipt, updates the shared cache query to 20261027-peer-framing, and documents the bounded correction. Controller, adapter and listener code changes are query-only. The WASM, dependency inventories, upload limits and HTTP deadlines are unchanged; no private peer-wait or credit policy is included. This does not establish stall-free 4K, physical-phone or public-NAT acceptance.

The SDK fix is merged in RelaySwarm PR #44.

Validation:

  • 371/371 site unit tests passed.
  • One exact-source archive bundle build using existing dependencies; no Rust build or install.
  • Catalogue sync, site build, catalogue drift and diff checks passed.
  • All 14 reviewed file hashes match the commit; host files normalise exactly to the previous code after replacing the cache query.
  • Worker executable and notices normalise exactly after replacing source provenance; WASM SHA-256 remains 7767f54cbeac999bee42419394647fcd472544d5bad005350f83d8d4dce4dce9.
