Cold 4K startup can need more than 24 MiB when the original response remains owned alongside three useful futures. Pin RelaySwarm 25354e3cb843b606fc51cdb47a548e9d90d0d091 and explicitly reserve a 32 MiB encoded reservoir for eligible full-recording startup within the existing 64 MiB shared held budget. Other playback retains the 24 MiB default; cached/in-flight future bytes remain separately capped at 24 MiB. The SDK also preserves the contiguous fourth-slot successor instead of horizon-skipping it.

Update module cache versions, bundled provenance/notices and factual documentation. Object limits, per-object size, recovery headroom, deadlines, playback controls and committed Rust/WASM bytes are unchanged. No public TURN service or credential route is added.

Validation: SDK full swarm672/672, warm135/135, six focused budget cases, source regression RED→GREEN, site focused43/43 and local build pass. Independent review verified source archive/bundle hashes, unchanged WASM, runtime scope, notices and documentation. The single preceding source-only late-join check still missed its deadline; the final deployed page needs real-source playback qualification. No sustained playback, traffic savings or current physical-device acceptance is claimed.

Depends on forgesworn/relayswarm#48 completing CI and merging. Its prerequisite #47 is merged.
