Add uasa_financial_terms, the 2019 trilingual (English/French/Arabic) dictionary of the most used financial terms in financial markets, published by the Union of Arab Securities Authorities: 1046 terms, each with an Arabic definition. - scraped from https://investoreducation.uasa.ae/en/Glossary.aspx (the /ar/ page carries the same 1046 rows without the French column) - page numbers (printed, 3-128) recovered from the PDF edition linked from the Wikidata item; the web order matches the PDF order - zero-width spaces removed from 8 French terms ("Prix ...") - the Arabic of "Margin" is truncated mid-word on the website; it is cut at the end of sense (7) so that it fits the VARCHAR(255) MariaDB column - dict_type terminology, tier 3

Adds
uasa_financial_terms: «قاموس المصطلحات المالية الأكثر استخدامًا بالأسواق المالية» (2019), the trilingual dictionary of the most used financial terms in financial markets published by the Union of Arab Securities Authorities (Q138342266).1046 terms, every one with English, French, Arabic, an Arabic definition and a page number. Dictionary id 830, term ids 582371-583416.
Source
Scraped from https://investoreducation.uasa.ae/en/Glossary.aspx, which serves the whole glossary in one page. The
/en/page is used rather than/ar/because it is the only one with the French column; the English, Arabic and definition columns of the two pages are identical row by row. There is no/fr/page.Page numbers are not on the website. They were recovered from the PDF edition linked from the Wikidata item: 883 headwords match a single PDF page and those matches are strictly monotonic in web order, which confirms that the website and the PDF list the same entries in the same order. The rest were resolved from their neighbours, and the 9 that sit on a page boundary were checked by hand.
pageholds the printed page number (3-128), which is the PDF page index minus 2. As a further cross-check, 1043 of the 1046 French terms appear verbatim in the PDF.Dictionary row
name_techuasa_financial_termsname_arabicname_englishname_frenchdict_type/tierterminology/ 3The Arabic name is the Wikidata label plus the year. The English and French names are translations: the Wikidata English label is a transliteration, there is no French label, and the PDF cover is Arabic only. Tier 3 matches the other institutional glossaries (
statistical_terms,legal_terms,energy_terms).uriis NULL for every term, as the site has no per-term URL.Deviations from the website
term.arabicisVARCHAR(255)in MariaDB. The value is stored up to the end of sense (7), 246 characters. Senses 8 and 9 are repeated in the description of that entry, so they stay searchable; only "(10) رصيد دائن في مصرف" is dropped. Keeping it would need a wider column in both model files.Everything else is as published, including the 9 English headwords that appear twice with different Arabic senses.
Verification
make regenerate_dumpsran end to end;make validatepasses with an unchanged baseline.arabterm.db.gz, both dumps and the README table are regenerated together. The MariaDB dump changes, so merging notifies wikitermbase.arabterm.dbon the next deploy.
