- Implement exit node selection
- Make the none preselected
- Handle exit nodes with nice id
- Use the resource id for the gateway
- Show gateway status
- Support selecting exit node prior to starting
- Gateway -> exit node
- Support the exit node takes precedence option
- Move exit node save to the account storage
- Remove resource from status
- REVERT: 72e706d
- Guard the exit node selection in companion mode
- Update newt and olm
