This is an initial WIP implementation for #16557.

‎forge test --debug --debugger soldb open the selected test in SolDB.

I’m opening this early to validate the direction and get feedback on the approach.

Hi @figtracer, closing this one! Let's go with yours #17429. I will handle the one on the soldb side:

• The built-in debugger stays the default until soldb covers several calls in one session (Support several top-level calls in one trace walnuthq/soldb#184)
• Return data and transient storage (Record return data and transient storage in trace steps walnuthq/soldb#185)
• Decoded call labels and editor support over DAP (soldb-dap: start a session from an in-memory debugger state walnuthq/soldb#186, soldb-dap: load several contracts at launch walnuthq/soldb#187, soldb-dap reports source paths that do not exist walnuthq/soldb#188)
