Adds one entry to the Certificates section of the HowTos page.
The guide shows how to issue certificates for Kubernetes workloads from the IPA ACME service (
ipa-acme-manage enable) using cert-manager. It answers DNS-01 challenges through IPA DNS dynamic updates with a TSIG key and cert-manager's RFC 2136 solver, so the cluster needs no external issuer plugin.The site builds with
make htmland the HowTos page renders the new entry.
