The plain map look (look: 0) of t27f_view hard-coded #0b0d12 for its background and for the stroke between cells. This PR makes it read deck.BACKDROP from wasm/deck.mjs instead. That file is generated from specs/t27f/deck.t27, where the value is 0x000000 since gHashTag/t27#10036 (the owner's order of 2026-10-18 to follow the brand book's black). Both looks now share one backdrop, and the number lives only in the spec.
