gen/json/igla/own_model_board.json only: the file the gen-json backend writes from specs/igla/own_model_board.t27. No spec changes.
User Scenarios
- Given the Railway cron
own-model-board(t27#10321) reposting this file from master every 6 h, when master still carries the pre-spec(igla): own_model -- put the seven DELIVER cells to review, auto-merge off (Closes #10269) #10275 event (1 published, 17 verified, 8 drafts, 1 gaps), then the next fire posts a stale board. - Given spec-guards on master, when it runs, then it is red for the same reason (seen on igla-coder: ternary x int8 GPU GEMM kernel spec, bit-exact in three modes (Closes #10361) #10362).
Requirements
- FR-001: The file MUST be replaced with the bytes regenerated from master's spec (commit 514299c, Refs igla-coder: ternary x int8 GPU GEMM kernel spec, bit-exact in three modes #10361), sha256 f53ac5c74a16c5b68cf6a5d580bc17cdfd16903b162f5f28c1d5a0663ccf65ac.
- FR-002: The change MUST touch no file other than the generated JSON.

- spec-guards passes on the PR: 0 stale gen-json files.
