scripts/tri: the t27t arm shares a line with factory, so the docs check reads tri t27t as dead #10807

Boundary

scripts/tri, the t27t) arm only. PR #10790 added tri t27t on the same line as factory). tools/check_documented_commands_exist.py reads an arm only when it starts a line (^ name)), so it does not see t27t. The mention of tri t27t in .claude/skills/analog-emulation/SKILL.md:70 therefore counts as dead, and "Documented t27c subcommands exist" fails with dead mentions 138 -> 139.

Out of scope: the five UNLISTED ledger rows that turn t27b-native-ratchet red on master (specs/analog/mos_psp103*.t27, specs/fpga/analog_cell_ax7203.t27, two trios-igla-race bins). They come from other merged PRs, and the ledger steward (#9112) applies such rows on a red master run.

User Scenarios

• A contributor runs tri t27t. It works today and still works after this change.
• CI runs the documented-commands check on master. It finds tri t27t in scripts/tri and reports 138 dead mentions again, not 139.

Requirements

• t27t) starts its own line in scripts/tri, two-space indented, like factory).
• The command behind it is unchanged: exec "$T27C" test-report "$REPO_ROOT/specs/t27t/t27t.t27" "${@:2}".
• MAX_DEAD_TRI stays at 138. The ceiling does not move.

Success Criteria

• python3 tools/check_documented_commands_exist.py passes, and t27t is no longer in its dead names list.
• tri t27t still runs the t27t spec tests (checked on the Railway lab).

Requirements

• FR-001: The t27t) case arm in scripts/tri MUST start on its own line, two-space indented, like the existing factory) arm.
• FR-002: The command behind the t27t) arm MUST remain unchanged as exec "$T27C" test-report "$REPO_ROOT/specs/t27t/t27t.t27" "${@:2}".
• FR-003: The MAX_DEAD_TRI ceiling in tools/check_documented_commands_exist.py MUST remain at 138.

Success Criteria

• python3 tools/check_documented_commands_exist.py exits 0 and t27t is absent from the dead names list.
• tri t27t executes the t27t spec tests (verified on Railway lab).
