skill card t27/idea-factory: name PRESET_AUTO, the glyph pre-flight and COVER=1 #11027

The TRI CLAW skill card t27/idea-factory still describes the factory as it was before the last three PRs landed. Its summary and constants say nothing about the automatic preset, the glyph pre-flight or the cover still, so an agent reading the card on t27.ai cannot learn that they exist.

What landed in specs/t27f/idea_factory.t27 on master (all merged 2026-10-19):

• PRESET_AUTO = 255: the preset is picked from an FNV-1a hash of the idea (preset_of, pick_preset), PR t27f: idea factory picks its style preset from a hash of the idea, PRESET_AUTO (Closes #10803) #10806.
• Pre-flight: preflight(t) returns PF_OK = 0, PF_EMPTY = 1, PF_GLYPH = 2 or PF_LONG = 3 (cap MAX_S = 60 seconds) before any frame is written, PR t27f: idea factory pre-flight -- refuse an idea the font cannot draw before writing a frame #10822.
• COVER = 1 writes only the cover frame, cover_frame(t), the first scene's settled last frame, PR t27f: idea factory cover still -- COVER=1 writes the reel's settled title frame, byte for byte (Closes #10828) #10830.

The card copies none of the law: it names these as constants and points at the spec, the same way it already names PRESETS. The card is a skill card, so it has no use lines; the lab check compares names byte for byte.

User Scenarios

• Given an agent reads the card t27/idea-factory, when it plans a reel for an idea with no preset chosen, then the card tells it to pass PRESET_AUTO (255).
• Given an idea with a character the font cannot draw, when the agent reads the card, then it learns the four pre-flight codes and that the factory refuses before writing a frame.
• Given the owner wants a cover still for a post, when the agent reads the card, then it learns that COVER=1 writes only the cover frame.

Requirements

• FR-001: The card MUST add pub const PRESET_AUTO : usize = 255; with a comment naming idea_factory.pick_preset.
• FR-002: The card MUST add a [4]str constant PREFLIGHT holding "ok", "empty", "glyph", "long" in the order of PF_OK..PF_LONG, and a constant MAX_S : i32 = 60.
• FR-003: The card MUST add pub const COVER_FLAG : str = "COVER=1"; and say in a comment that the cover is cover_frame, the first scene's last frame.
• FR-004: SUMMARY_EN MUST mention the automatic preset, the pre-flight and the cover still, and stay under 300 characters.
• FR-005: Each new constant MUST have an assert in a new test block factory_options; existing tests MUST keep passing.
• FR-006: The seal MUST be re-saved with t27c seal --save after the edit.
