MEGA EPIC: T27 OS (Mac app, PTY server, keys, FPGA board) - all work of 2026-10-19 #11037

Goal

One place for all T27 OS work started or planned on 2026-10-19: the Mac app, the PTY server, keys and providers, the FPGA board, and the t27b tools it depends on. This is a report epic. It has no dispatch headings on purpose, so the Queen never picks it up; each sub-issue below is dispatchable. Parent of the product epic #10782.

Rules in force: only .t27 (no hand-written code in other languages, not even scratch); builds, tests and synthesis on the Railway lab, never on the Mac; key values never printed or committed; English only on GitHub.

t27b-native-ratchet (UNLISTED 25, STALE 4 for specs/t27os/*), duplicate-bodies (11 bodies), Verilog widths (glass_window.t27, pty_server.t27). None come from the stacked PRs.

Owner decisions pending

• Which keys PR to keep: feat(t27os): key manager, KEYS tab, per-pane profile, router decisions (Refs #10782) #10977 (recommended) or fix(t27os): CTL verbs match whole words; escaped keys and expect; agent check table #11015.

Notes

• The Mac app is /tmp/hx/gw/T27OS.app; re-link with ld after a lab build.
• FPGA facts: board is the ALINX AX7203 xc7a200tfbg484-2; flash with openFPGALoader -c digilent_hs2; pins come from the schematic, never guessed; the IDCODE difference is only the silicon-revision nibble.
