T27 OS: home tabs in the chat style, every item listed, bold headings #11275
Description
Follow-up of #11260 (merged in #11261), child of #11037. Owner feedback on the first home tabs: the honeycomb with nine cells is ugly and limits what is shown; the tabs must look like the chat screen, with bold large headings as on the course pages of the site.

User Scenarios
- Given a home petal, when it opens, then a chat-style sidebar lists all homes and the page shows a large bold title, the role, and every agent, widget group and course of that home, scrolling.
Requirements
- FR-001: No cell limit: every item of the home is listed.
- FR-002: The sidebar frame, foot and toggle are shared with the chat screen, not copied.
Success Criteria
- t27b test passes on homes and glass_window; the app opens and the T27C and T27U tabs draw as described.
