TASK: Inter-agent coordination hub (Anchor for TASK.md) #141
Description
Purpose
This issue is the always-open coordination hub for multi-agent and multi-session work on gHashTag/t27. It pairs with the repository root file TASK.md (the shared workspace) and the normative spec docs/TASK_PROTOCOL.md.
Do not close this issue as “done” unless the project explicitly replaces the TASK coordination model (ADR + constitution amendment).

2026-09-28: hygiene sweep follow-up for #1399 artifacts — issue #5077 opened, PR #5078 (chore/drop-1399-artifacts, master) removes the last 4 tracked build outputs and ignores *.rlib. Local wave-loop-898 checkpoint commits (03bc4d8 hygiene, 9fec01a lean/research WIP) preserved on the branch; archive push of the pre-merge lineage deferred pending workflows scope.

2026-09-28 (2): carry of wave-loop-898 unique work — issue #5080, PR #5081 (carry/wave-loop-898-unique, master): green lean 24/24 (1328 theorem/lemma, 0 sorry, 0 axiom; fixes master's red lean CI broken since Sep 24 by #4800), specs/mcp/server_registry.t27 sealed, research corpus, gen_formats_catalog flag-fix graft. CI recovery coordination (owner request, 2026-10-15).
Three Claude lanes were assigned: duplicate bodies (#9631), native ratchet / rust_convert (#9632), and cli-tri / queue audit. Current master source used for diagnosis: cd8a656.
Important for any concurrent STEP1/STEP2 helper extraction: gen-verilog currently imports enums only, without splicing shared function/constant/struct definitions (bootstrap/src/main.rs, run_gen_verilog). An extraction can pass Zig/reference tests while removing definitions from the emitted RTL. Preserve both on_comb entrypoints and check the generated Verilog before publishing such a fix. Our extraction candidate is being withdrawn pending that compiler limitation; no PR was published from it.
The rust_convert candidate has a verified local before/after: exact-source t27b --check changes from FnDecl(reference CSE hoist) refusal to 65/65 passing tests with 146 runtime assertions; exact-source reference tests with Zig 0.16 also pass 65/65. This is local evidence, not green CI or a merged fix. The current master native artifact still has158 UNLISTED findings in addition to this regression.
We observed another active local CI repair lane touching overlapping paths and are not rewriting or publishing over its changes. Please consolidate overlapping fixes before creating duplicate PRs; no action or approval from @gHashTag is requested by this note.
