The 14-spec repair (#4272) landed without its docs/now entry #4273
#4272 restored the parsing version of 14 specs (NOPARSE 79 -> 65). It was merged by GitHub auto-merge as soon as the two required checks (validate, check-linked-issue) went green, while check-now-freshness and NOW Sync Gate were still red: the change carries no docs/now/ entry. The entry had been written, but the push arrived after the merge.
The repository's rule is that every PR and every push to master adds exactly one entry, because the coordination log is how the next reader learns what changed and why. The commit is on master either way; what is missing is its record.
Done when
ls docs/now | grep -c 'restore-the-parsing-version' prints at least 1
python3 tools/check_now_entry_shape.py --self-check prints a line beginning ok
the entry names the issues the repair closed and the measurement (NOPARSE 79 -> 65, IMPLEMENTED 499 -> 513)
