contrib/solana tri-mining and depin.prove rewards still read as the TRI emission rule #5412

contrib/solana (ea15cd5, 2026-07-05) is an Anchor "tri-mining" program that pays a fixed block_reward per submitted proof, and specs/depin/prove.t27 carries reward_lamports / block_reward from the same PoUC prototype. Read today, both look like the TRI emission rule.

They are not. The design of record is mint-on-acceptance in gHashTag/trinity-fpga @ d7e9718e9:

Under that design, TRI is minted only for accepted work under an M-of-N attestor quorum, genesis supply is 0, the cap is 3^21, and nothing is deployed.

Wanted: a SUPERSEDED / do-not-deploy note on the program and a comment on the spec. No logic change, and the spec resealed with a compiler built from master.

The same cleanup was done in gHashTag/trinity#1200 and gHashTag/tri-net#390.
