ball-board v6: a relay's no-reply (hh.ru) speaks for a person #5423

v5 (#5419, #5420) weighs a mail matter as nobody's move when every address is a machine's. Read live after deploy: 53 matters, 48 of them from noreply@hh.ru.

hh.ru is a relay. "Сообщение от работодателя" arrives from its no-reply address, but the words in it are the employer's. v5 moved live conversations ("contacted", "waiting for HR") off "on us".

Fix: an address on a relay domain is never a machine's. Only the real machines (DMARC, OSF, Elsevier, own t27.ai) stay nobody's move.
