LOOP-RULES.md names removed NOW checks as required #6002
Description
docs/loop/LOOP-RULES.md on master (e84927b) still describes the NOW gate that the owner removed on 2026-10-04 (#5935, PR #5951 merged 57c2cfa). A loop tick that follows it does work nothing asks for, and reads a wrong list of required checks.
